As a family owned business, the Newcomers came looking for a change in their marketing strategy. They were stuck in the traditional "we're better and cheaper than the other guys" style and wanted a more authentic and grounded approach to their messaging. So I proposed using real client testimonials about the quality of services that families had received and created scripted stories based on those testimonials that led to award winning ad spots airing in 19 markets nationwide, transforming their public image from sales-y to personable.
